Powered Pallet Truck Training

Powered Pallet Trucks (PPT's) and Powered Pallet Stackers (PPS's) are a fantastic material handling solution.  These rider and pedestrian operated machines offer the ability to safely and efficiently transport product within the workplace.

Much like Forklifts, Pallet Truck Training can be a minefield with all of the different types and weight limits.  Below you will find a guide to the ABA (Accrediting Bodies Association) categories for these machines.

We offer two levels of pallet truck training accreditation from ITSSAR and BRITTOp.  We believe that accredited training rather than in-house training is far more beneficial to both the trainee and employer.  Accredited training means that you always receive the most up to date Health and Safety Information, Registered Instructors, National Testing Standards and Recognised Certification.

Our Powered Pallet Truck training courses run with a maximum of three candidates per course.  PPT training can be completed as either a Novice, Experienced Operator or as a Conversion from another similar machine.

We offer Powered Pallet Truck Refresher training for previously qualified operators. This training is recommended to be completed every 3-5 years or in the event of accident or workplace change. 

For all of these courses we can have a maximum of three candidates per instructor on a course. We offer Novice, Experienced operator, Refresher and Conversion training on all of these machines.
